Eligibility

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Participants will be selected irrespective of religion, caste, gender, and economic status. 2. Participants with classical signs and symptoms of Amsasandhigata vata or Periarthritis of shoulder which are pain, stiffness and restricted movements of shoulder will be selected. 3. Participants with written informed consent will be included in the study.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Contraindications of Agnikarma as per classics. 2. Known case of Glenohumeral arthritis, Rheumatoid Arthritis 3. Any previous history of shoulder fracture, dislocation. 4. Previous shoulder surgery. 5. Complete tear of rotator cuff tendons. 6. Psychological problems e.g. dementia 7. Known case of Malignancy and Tuberculosis. 8. Participants with history of systemic disorders, coagulation disorders, uncontrolled diabetes, and hypertension. 9. Participants with positive viral markers(HIV,HBsAg,HCV) and VDRL. 10. Pregnancy.
