Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Age 55 to 74 years Both male and female independent in their activities of daily living They had to be able to communicate and follow instructions no history of musculoskeletal injuries to upper limbs

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: History of musculoskeletal injuries to upper limbs Neurological problems that can influence the outcome of the study
