Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: -Competitive or trained sprinters -Age 18-25 years -Male and female -Training age (Minimum 1 year)

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: -Untrained individuals -Sprinters with recent injuries or conditions preventing full participation
