Intervention1: Resisted sled sprint training: The four-week intervention period involved three training sessions per week (Monday, Wednesday, Friday) conducted at the cricket academy training grounds

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Both gender cricket players will be included the age (18-25 years) Players playing from minimum 6 months with practicing 3 times per week. Players playing all formats[ T20, ODI, Test ] in cricket sport.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Recent fractures or reconstructive surgery of lower limb within the past 6 months. ex ; lower limb fractures , ACL reconstruction Pathological conditions of heart and lungs like hypertension, asthma, bronchitis, cognitive disorder . Participants not having there own interest to participate.

Sprint acceleration test this outcome measure will help assess the speed of running in an cricket players Broad jump test this outcome measure will helps in know the power of lower limb muscles by calculating the distance covered by the players Timepoint: Both outcome measures will be conduct before and after the research study in both the groups sprint acceleration it will be taken prior one week to research start and also taken after completion of research study after one week broad jump test taken before one week of the study begin and after completion study one week after
