Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1.1st year medical students who use mobile phones for calling and listening to music with normal hearing 2.No history of any otologic disease. 3. Who use mobile phones for only calling and listening to music 4. students who gave the consent for the study- 5. Long standing use of GSM for more than a year.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Medical students with past history of any kind of otologic disease 2.Suffering from any disease that can lead to hearing loss 3. People using mobile phone for social media i.e screen timing is excluded 4.students who did not give consent were excluded 5. students using hearing aid were excluded. 6. students having family history of otologic disease were excluded
