Eligibility

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Male patients aged 18-45 years with primary or secondary infertility , abnormal semen parameters ,and evidence of oxidative stress, willing to participate and provide informed consent.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Azoospermia genetic causes of infertility active genital infections chronic systemic illness history of chemotherapy or radiotherapy substance abuse
