Eligibility

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Participants having forward head posture Participants having neck pain since 3 months computer/smartphone usage more than 3 hours per day.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: History of cervical spine surgery, trauma, or fracture within the past 6 12 months Neurological, inflammatory, or congenital cervical disorders. Contraindications to cupping skin infections, bleeding disorders

Design outcomes

Primary

MeasureTime frame
Pain Intensity Visual Analogue Scale (VAS). Cervical Range of Motion measured using goniometer. Timepoint: Baseline,6 weeks

Secondary

MeasureTime frame
Postural Alignment (Forward Head Posture)- Cranio Vertebral Angle (CVA) measured using Kinovea software.Timepoint: Baseline, 6 weeks
