Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: MBBS students from 1st to final year at PSGIMS & R, aged 18+ years, regularly engaging in digital learning

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Students with known sleep disorders, severe psychiatric conditions, or acute illness in the past 7 days
