Eligibility

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Adult age between 18-65 Years. Both the genders are included. Unilateral pain at the mid portion of the achilles tendinopathy. Experience morning pain and stiffness.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Achilles tendon rupture patients. Retrocalcaneal bursitis, Superficial calcaneal bursitis. Metabolic or endocrine disorders, such as type I or II diabetes. Systemic disease (e.g. ankylosing spondylitis or rheumatoid arthritis).

NPRS (Numeric pain rating scale). VISA-A(Victorian institute of sports assessment-achilles questionnaire). ROM (Range of Motion).Timepoint: 6 Months
