Eligibility

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Subjects within a range of 20-60 years age group irrespective of caste, gender, religion and socio-economic status. Subjects fulfilling diagnostic criteria of Apabahuka Subjects must be capable of giving informed consent, willingness and ability to comply with scheduled visits, treatment plans and laboratory tests and other study procedures (follow up). Subjects with more than 6 months history of trauma to shoulder region following recovery without existing complications. Subjects of Adhesive Capsulitis either diagnosed now or recovered in the past.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: History Of shoulder fracture or dislocation less than 6 months subjects with uncontrolled systemic illness surgical history of a shoulder less than a year(rotator cuff repair,shoulder Arthoscopy) pregnant women and lactating mother
