Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1 ) Cases presenting with various and characteristic symptoms , modalities in all age group and both sexes will be included in my study. 2 ) Subject irrelated to age/gender were included in the study. 3) Patient presenting with acute conditions with clear onset and duration. 4) Cases with modality based symptom.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1) Chronic Diseases. 2)Patient having advance and irreversible pathological conditions. 3)Patient who require emergency medical treatment. 4)Patient with unclear modalities

| The study will assess clinical effectiveness by evaluating the rate of correct first-prescription remedy selection, based on symptom resolution. Remedy confirmation rate will be determined by follow-up symptoms and clinical response to the prescribed medicine.Timepoint: Outcome Assessment Will Be Done Only At Pre Study (Baseline) And Post Study At End Of 3 Months.
