Inclusion criteria: Elective LSCS Height of 140-180cms Willing to give informed consent

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Known allergy to study drug Coagulopathy Severe cardiac or neurological disease Pregnancy induced hypertension Spine deformity
