Eligibility

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Age: 50 years - 70 years Diagnosed case of knee osteoarthritis (based on clinical ACR criteria and radiological findings). Patients having Radiological changes of the bilateral knee in the images by the X-ray [Kellgren-Lawrence Index] up to grade III. Willingness to participate and provide informed consent.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Advanced OA (grade IV) Patients suffering from OA for more than 10 years. Obesity (BMI 30 or greater) Recent trauma or knee surgery Pregnant or lactating women Severe systemic illnesses (cardiac, renal, hepatic)
