Eligibility
Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: Children admitted with SAM being discharge from hospital after stabilization. Children with uncomplicated SAM who are stable and came for OPD basis treatment of some non-severe disease will be enrolled from OPD.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1. Refusal to give cosent 2. All those who have complicated SAM with other comorbidities and previous history of known systemic illness, Congenital malformation CHD, Chromosomal abnormalities, neural tube defects etc. developmental delay, cerebral palsy, birth asphyxia, neurologically unstable, syndromic disorders(Down syndrome, turner, Marfan syndrome etc.. cardiac and renal diseases and any other chronic systemic disease.
