Eligibility

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Patients with Age between 18 to 60 years Both genders Male and Female Patients complaining of neck pain for more than 3 months Patients with forward head posture craniovertebral angle less than 49 degree measure using MB Ruler Software NPRS Score more than 3. Patients willing to participate

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Recent traumatic injury Any recent surgical interventions Systematic Disease like cancer heart disease neurological illness that is cervical radiculopathy paresis radiating pain in upper limb spinal deformities Recent Musculoskeletal injury that is Bony fractures joint dislocation History of spinal osteoporosis spinal infection or fibromyalgia
