Eligibility
Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: Patients aged between 25 to 60 years both males and females diagnosed with cervical spondylosis confirmed by X ray of the cervical spine present with pain and disability in the cervical region evaluated using the Visual Analogue Scale and Neck Disability Index with NDI scores between 5 to 24
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: History of trauma fracture or surgery to the cervical spine Diagnosed disc prolapse or myelopathy with severe neurological signs Pregnant or lactating women Patients with psychiatric illness or those unable to follow the study protocol Presence of advanced health illness Use of NSAIDs Non Steroidal Anti Inflammatory Drugs during the study period
