Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Individuals With Increased Screen Time Usage Of More Than 4 Hrs Smartphone Tablets Etc Measured By Stay Free App Individuals With Delayed Reaction Time Either Auditory Reaction Time ART And Visual Reaction Time VRT Can Be Participate In The Study Willing To Provide Informed Consent

Exclusion criteria: Individuals With Other Neurological Or Psychiatric Disorders Individuals Using Medications That May Affect Cognitive Function Such As Sedative Or Stimulants
