Inclusion criteria: ASA1& 2 ,patient under going laparoscopic surgeries

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: presence of peri operative cough URTI patient with abnormal air way & air way related surgery duration of surgery beyond 1 hour to 4 hours
