Eligibility

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: The patients of age range from 3 year to 12 years. Patient having signs & symptoms of Karshya (i.e Shuska Sphik Greeva, Udara, Bahu, Dhamani Jala Santata, Tvag asthi shesha, Alpa Prana, Parva Shoola, Kshudha Pipasa Asahshnuta, Ushna Seeta Asahshnuta, and the Vyayam Asahshnuta ) with respect to undernutrition.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Patients with congenital anomalies. Patients suffering from any infectious disease. Patients having obstructive pathology / surgical etiopathology. Severe illnesses of known systemic disorder, multisystem complication. Parents who are not willing for treatment.

1. Significant gain in body weight and improvement in BMI appropriate for age. 2. Enhanced appetite (Agnibala) and digestive capacity. 3. Improvement in physical strength (Dehabala), energy levels, and growth parameters. 4. Evidence supporting the safety and tolerability of Samangadi Leha in the pediatric population. 5. Validation of Ayurvedic principles in the management of Karshya through a scientifically structured study model.Timepoint: 30TH Day and 60th Day
