Inclusion criteria: 1. patent diagnosed with pulpal and periradicular diseases 2. patients with age 18-45 years

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. medically compromised patients 2. fractured or badly decayed teeth 3. anatomical complications of root canal
