Eligibility

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Patients with Chronic Unilateral lumbar radiculopathy. Numerical Pain Rating score more than 3. Positive Straight Leg Raise test / Slump test. Abnormal H reflex parameters indicative of nerve compression at the lumbar spine.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Vertebral fractures Spondylolisthesis Spinal surgeries Spinal tumors Sacroiliac joint dysfunction Congenital Spine Deformities. Neurological deficits like foot drop, sensory loss Pregnancy Traumatic radiculopathy
