Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Age range: 18 to 25 years Both sexes Recreational badminton players (1 or 2 times/week and more than 30 minutes at least for 6 months)

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Professional/Elite badminton players History of fracture from past one year History of any other lower limb injury Players undergoing any other treatment/Intervention
