Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1.full filling diagnostic criteria 2.aged 18 to 60 years with symptoms of shettapitaa 3.Chronicity less than 6 week 4.mild to moderate stages of disease 5.subjects willing to participate and ready for voluntary consent

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1.subject with chronic disease 2.pregnent and lactating mother 3.chronicity more than 6 weeks
