Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: (1)Children age 3 12 yrs, (2)dysuria, nausea, vomitting (3)burning urination, (4)Abdominal pain (5)fever with chills

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: (1)haematuria, (2)pyelonephritis, (3)chronic cystitis, (4)chronic urethritis, (5)urinary tract malfunction.

The study is expected to demonstrate the therapeutic efficacy and safety of Vasambu Kuligai in the management of Neer Mantham (UTI) in children. The findings may support its integration into Siddha-based paediatric care and provide evidence for its pharmacological actions.Timepoint: The study outcomes related to therapeutic efficacy and safety will be assessed at predefined time points, namely at baseline (Day 0), during treatment (Day 7), and at the end of treatment (Day 14), to evaluate the effects of Vasambu Kuligai in the management of Neer Mantham (urinary tract infection) in children and to support its integration into Siddha-based paediatric care.
