Eligibility

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Adolescent girls hemoglobin level between the 9 g/dl to 11 g/dl. Adolescent girls age between 12 to 14 years. School going adolescent girl or regularly attending school. Willing to participate with parental consent.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Adolescent girls receiving specific treatment for managing Iron deficiency anemia except WIFS. History of genetic blood disorders (sickle cell anemia, haemophilia) and menstrual disorders (e.g., PCOS, PCOD, endometriosis). Adolescent girls who are allergic to the ingredients used in the nutritional cubes.
