Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Patients with poor sleep quality for more than 3 months and willing to participate in clinical trial

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Patients less than 50 years Patients with major psychotic illness Sleep apnea Parkinson disease Dementia Alzeimer disease schizophrenia depressive psychosis Patients with Alchohol dependency Chronic hypnotic use drug dependency Patients having Chronic illness like asthma, Malignancies, Liver cirrhosis, chronic renal failure, diabetes etc. are excluded.
