Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1 patients who have signed the informed consent 2 Duration of illness upto 2years 3 Radiating pain, starting from the gluteal region towards the foot. 4 Tenderness of the Sciatica Nerve course 5 Severe pain in squatting 6 sensory changes 7 Positive Straight leg test
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: Duration of disease more than 2 years Monoplegia Paraplegia Hip joint arthritis T.B. Spine/Hip Traumatic lesion in lumbo-sacral region Known case of Pelvic inflammatory disease Conceiving female Patients with co-morbidities such as HTN, DM, Thyroid and H.I.V Ankylosing Spondylosis No involvement of urinary bladder and rectum
