Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1 Subjects in between 30 to 60 years of age 2 Subjects irrespective of gender 3 Chronicity up to 1 year 4 Subjects who are fit for Nasya karma 5 Subjects who are willing to participate and ready to sign the informed consent form

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1 History of traumatic injury of cervical spine cervical myelopathy 2 Uncontrolled cases of diabetes mellitus and hypertension 3 Known case of all neoplasm and infective disorders 4 Pregnant women and lactating mothers

Assessment will be based on the symptoms like 1.Talam Prati angulinam Vedana bahu prushtataha (Radiating pain from neck and shoulder down to finger tips). 2.Visual Analogue Scale for pain. 3.Bahu cheshtaapaharana (Reduced strength in the upper arm)-By Medical Research Council (MRC) Power Grading Scale. 4.ROM of neck (Goniometer). 5.Spurling test. Timepoint: 1.1st day Baseline assessment. 2.16th day Mid assessment 3.31st day Clinical assessment at the end of treatment
