Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Patients give consent for the study Age more than equal to 65 years Undergoing any major elective surgical procedure

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Refused to give consent for the study Patients with severe cognitive impairment Patients who are critically ill and unable to participate
