Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Participants with Classical signs and symptoms of Apabahuka 1 Vedana (pain) in Bahu pradesha 2 Bahupraspanditahara (restricted movements of affected shoulder) in Bahu Participants who fullfills following stage of Frozen shoulder 1 Stage 1 (Freezing/painful stage) 2 Stage 2 (Frozen/Stiffening stage)

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1 Participants presenting with the history of major systemic disorders that may interfere with the course of treatment such as kusta Pulmonary TB 2 Pregnant women 3 Diagnosed cases of HIV HBsAg 4 Participants with Acute Trauma or Fracture or RTA 5 Participants who are unfit for Svedana Karma
