Eligibility

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Clinically and histopathologically proven cases of symptomatic Oral lichen planus. Individuals within the age group of 20-60 years. Both genders. Willingness to participate in the study.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Histopathologically proven OLP with dysplastic changes. Not willing to participate in study Previously treated cases of Oral lichen planus Lactating or pregnant women Allergic patients, immunocompromised patients, systemic illness Asymptomatic patients

If 10% topical Nigella Sativa oromucosal paste and 10% topical Curcumin oromucosal paste therapy is found to be effective and superior in patients with symptomatic oral lichen planus, it can be used as a therapeutic agent either as a monotherapy or as an adjunct to conventional therapy in management lichen planus.Timepoint: At baseline and every week upto 1 month
