Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Patients having a minimum of 20 teeth will be included in the study. Patients having Pocket Probing Depth of greater than or equal to 5mm will be included in this study. Patients having Clinical Attachment Loss of greater than or equal to 1mm will be included in this study.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Smokers Expecting or Nursing Mothers. Patients with any systemic illness or having a history of any systemic disease. Patients who have undergone anti-microbial therapy in the past 6 months. Patients who have undergone periodontal therapy in the past 6 months. Patients who are allergic to Acacia Catechu Gel 1 percent.
