Eligibility

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Self-declared apparently healthy volunteers. 2. Individuals having no history of any apparent disease in the last one month. 3. Individuals who haven t taken any medication in the last one month. 4. Individuals willing to participate in this study. 5. Individuals with age of 18-30 years.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Individuals suffering from any systemic or mental illness. 2. Individuals who are on any kind of medication. 3. Individuals with some chronic illness.

Primary

MeasureTime frame
To determine the strength and direction of correlation between sleep quality (measured by psqi) and bmi among college-going students aged 18 30 years.Timepoint: 1 Year

Secondary

MeasureTime frame
1. To compare bmi across different categories of nidra (good vs. Poor sleep quality). 2. To determine the prevalence of nidra vaishamya (disturbed sleep) in the study population. Timepoint: 1 Year
