Eligibility

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Age 40 to 70 years. Diagnosed T2DM more than 5 years. Clinical or electrophysiological evidence of tibial, peroneal or sural neuropathy. Mild to moderate neuropathic signs like reduced vibration, monofilament abnormality, MRC more than 3. HbA1c lesser or equall to 8 percent with stable glycemic control. Able to follow instructions and provide consent.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Peripheral vascular disease Radiculopathy or spinal disorders Active foot ulcers or severe neuropathy History of lower limb surgery Cognitive impairment or psychiatric illness Uncontrolled diabetes or cardiovascular instability Receiving other neurorehabilitation treatments
