Intervention1: OIU+PRP: Injecting 5 ml PRP at the time of OIU at 12 6 3 and 9 o clock position Control Intervention1: OIU: No PRP injection is given and OIU alone is used as control arm

Eligibility

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Primary single short Bulbar Urethral Stricture of length less than 2 cm and width more than 1.50 cm

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Recurrent, post malignancy and history of radiation, Active UTI or BXO, On anticoagulant and immunosuppressive, severe spongiofibrosis on USG
