Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Patients clinically diagnosed with Amlapitta based on classical signs and symptoms of Amlapitta Subjects with age group between 18-60 years will be considered irrespective of gender religion socio-economic status Subjects who are willing to participate will be included

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Severe systemic illness like uncontrolled diabetes mellitus hypertension renal and cardiac disorders Gastrointestinal complications such as gastric or duodenal ulcer GERD with confirmed ulceration or bleeding malignancy etc Recent history of abdominal surgery Pregnant or lactating women Known hypersensitivity or allergy Unwilling or those unable to follow the study protocol

1.To prepare Panchanimbadi Churna as per classical reference. 2.To develop Panchanimbadi Churna effervescent tablet using standard pharmaceutical procedures. 3.To evaluate and standardize both formulations through physicochemical parameters. 4.To assess and compare the clinical efficacy of Panchanimbadi Churna and its effervescent tablet in the management of Amlapitta. 5.To evaluate patient compliance and safety of both formulations.
