Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: The patient shows atleast 3 sign and symptoms commonly seen in simple allergic conjunctivitis listed below Itching Watering of eyes Hyperemia Foreign body sensation Photophobia Patients aged between 18 and 50 years, regardless of gender, religion or occupation.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Patients diagnosed with congenital eye abnormalities. Patient who has undergone ophthalmic surgery within the past month. Patient currently experiencing active eye infection. Other types of conjunctivitis (infectious conjunctivitis, vernal keratoconjunctivitis, atropic keratoconjunctivitis, giant papillary conjunctivitis, phlyctenular conjunctivitis, contact dermoconjunctivitis, cicatricial immune mediated conjunctivitis, mechanical conjunctivitis, neoplastic conjunctivitis)

MeasureTime frame
To compare the efficacy of lodhra nimba kwath seka with olopatadine eye drop 0.1% in simple allergic conjunctivitis.Timepoint: 10 days treatment with 2 follow ups on 5th and 10th day.

Secondary

MeasureTime frame
To assess the efficacy of olopatadine eye drop 0.1% with Lodhra Nimba Kwath seka. To observe the adverse effect if any.Timepoint: 10 days treatment with 2 follow ups on 5th and 10th day.
