Eligibility

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Age: 21 to 40 years Gender: Both- Males & Females. Minimum 1 year of work experience. Working as full time teacher Minimum 5 hours of working per day. (5 days /week)

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: History of fracture & soft tissue injury in last one year. History of any gynecological surgery. Pregnant women. Women in postpartum periods (within 1 year after delivery). Not involved in teaching in last three months. Use of orthosis. Currently on the medication for the musculoskeletal condition/pain. Currently taking physiotherapy management for any musculoskeletal condition.

Neck disability index (NDI), Disability of arm, shoulder & hand (DASH), Oswestry disability index (ODI), Hip disability & osteoarthritis outcome score (HOOS), Knee injury & osteoarthritis outcome score (KOOS), Foot & ankle disability index (FADI).Timepoint: at the time of recruitement only(as this is observational study)
