Intervention1: SIDDHA POLYHERBAL FORMULATION(SPF): 4 gms of SPF Chooranam in 160 ml of water boiled and reduced to 40 ml and given twice a day for 40 days Control Intervention1: NIL: NIL

Eligibility

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: All genders Everyday smokers Participants willing to undergo Self Assessment questionnaire from Fagerstrom Test for Nicotine Dependence(FTND) with the score smaller than 5 Participants having the serum cotinine level smaller than 25 ng per ml

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: History of stroke Myocardial infarction or Angina pectoris Arthritis Pulmonary tuberculosis Asthma Chronic Obstructive Pulmonary Disease Cancer Hepatitis Pregnant Women will be excluded from the study
