Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1.Patient Presenting signs and symptoms of Ardhavabhedak eg. attacks of headache- Unilateral in nature,variable in intensity,frequency and duration. 2.Patient will be selected irrespective of gender,religion or occupation 3.Age between 18-60 years. 4.Patient willing to give inform consent and able to participate in study. 5.Patient fit for Nasya karma.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1.Women who are under a menstrual cycle. 2.Pregnant and lactating women.

1.To evaluate tolerability of Vanshamooladi nasya on intesity of Ardhavbhedak measured by MIDAS at baseline and after 3 months 2.To deteremine the effect of Vanshamooladi nasya on Shirahshoola etc lakshan of Ardhavbhedak 3.To achieve the outcome of study in 3 months 4.To evaluate the efficacy of Vanshamooladi nasya on duration of Migraine episodes.Timepoint: 3 months
