Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Patients with chronic rhino sinusitis required for FESS

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Bleeding disorder 2. Pregnancy 3. Cardiac disease 4. Known hypersensitivity to Desmopressin
