Eligibility

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Age group 40-60 yrs. Knee pain more than 6 weeks Morning stiffness lasting more than 30 min Patients who are willing to participate

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Patients were having any underlying pathology, recent surgeries, trauma, or fractures of the lower limb. Neurological disorder including balance issues and motor and sensory loss. Taking intra-articular injection for the last 6 months. Using Assistive Device for Ambulation. Patients with Cardiovascular Problems. History of any inflammatory joint Disease. Those having visual dysfunction or refractory errors not corrected with glasses.
