Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: Patients with pregnancy between 18-35 years of age. All pregnant woman with chardi vega in 1st trimester of pregnancy. Primi gravida with 4- 5 episodes ofvomiting. Patients willing for drug administration.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: Patients with hyperemesis gravidarum (more than 5 episodes of vomiting with dehydration) Patients in whom chardi is seen in 2nd and 3rd trimester of pregnancy. Vomiting in pregnancy associated with systemic disorders like hyperacidity, peptic disorders, hepatitis. Patients of multiple pregnancy, gestational trophoblastic disease, hydatiform mole. A known case of HIV, TB ,Thyroid and DM. Patients with complications like severe dehydration,keto acidosis. Patients with blood pressure less than 100/70 mm Hg.
