Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Patients suffering from insomnia Patients with age group 18 to 60 years Patients who are clinically diagnosed with insomnia Patients of different socio-economic status age and sex Patients with psycho-somatic complaints

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Patients not within age group Patients with immunosuppressed condition Patients who are mentally unstable and cannot co-operate with the treatment Patients with co-morbidities like any type of cancer, renal failure and other severe systemic diseases
