Eligibility

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Adult patients between 18-70 years admitted in ICU of either gender who are willing to consent for participation in the study 2. Non hepatic diagnosis 3. ICU stay of at least 72 hours

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Known hepatic disease 2. Death/ Discharge / Transfer from ICU with 72 hours. 3. UTI Caused by urea splitting organism
