Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Individuals diagnosed with Rheumatoid Arthritis (RA) according to the American College of Rheumatology (ACR) / European League Against Rheumatism (EULAR) 2010 Classification Criteria. 17 Age group: 30 to 60 years. Both male and female participants. Individuals with stable disease activity for at least the past 3 months (no major change in medications or no exaggeration). Participants able to understand and follow instructions for exercise sessions Individuals willing to participate Participants with functional class I or II according to the American College of Rheumatology (ACR) functional classification (able to perform activities of daily living with or without mild difficulty)

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Acute flare-up of RA within the last month 2. Severe Cardiovascular, Neurological Conditions: uncontrolled hypertension, heart disease, stroke, severe neuropathy. 3. Recent joint surgery ( 4. Other autoimmune or musculoskeletal disorders: Presence of osteoarthritis, fibromyalgia, ankylosing spondylitis, neuropathies, or any neurological or balance disorders affecting motor function. 5. Any physical Disability, Cognitive impairment from preventing participation. 6. Under any Physiotherapy or any other Intervention like Acupuncture past 3months. 7. Current regular practice of mind body exercises
