Eligibility

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Adults (20-50 years) 2. Medical diagnosis of non-specific chronic low back pain and symptoms persisting for longer than three months 3. Both male and female 4. NPRS is between three and seven 5. Ambulation without walking aid 6. Willingness to participate in structured rehabilitation program 7. Having working knowledge of English language

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1.Previous spinal surgery 2.Spinal deformity 3.Lumbar deformities 4.Severe hip and knee degenerative disease 5.Systemic infections 6.LBP with neurological symptoms (e.g., radiating pain, sensory deficits, muscle weakness 7.Pregnant women 8.LBP of traumatic or structural origins
