Inclusion criteria: 1 Both sexes of all type of socioeconomic status 2 cases of primary hypertension 3 patient with age group between 25 years to 70 years having primary hypertension

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1 patient of age group below 25 years and above 70 years 2 complicated cases of hypertension 3 cases associated with other illness will be excluded
