Eligibility

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: UCS score more than 7 having 2 years of regular training or playing experience athletes playing in district or above competitive level

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: H/O fracture of upper limb in past 2 months any spine surgery in past 2 months athletes diagnosed with any psychiatric condition or those who decline to participate
