Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Singleton pregnancy Cephalic presentation Term pregnancy more than 37weeks Women in active labour Cervical dilatation more than 4cm Spontaneous or Induced labour

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Contraindications to any of the three analgesic options Known h/o opioid allergy High risk pregnancies (Eg-Pre-eclampsia, thrombocytopenia) Multiple pregnancies Refusal to participate Non-reassuring NST or fetal distress
